HI, I'M EMILY CORNELIUS

Having been a yo-yo dieter for years before losing 20 pounds and finally keeping it off, I’ve been through my fair share of ups and downs when it comes to losing weight.  What I learned about eating a balanced plate when I became a Registered Dietitian totally transformed my mindset around food! I was amazed at how it decreased my cravings, kept me full and satisfied, and I felt more in control of what food I was eating instead of the food controlling me!

 

As I continued my health journey I started to fall in love with hiking, not only were there beautiful views, but it reduced my stress and anxiety! I started to take interest in how more movement and time spent outside can have a huge impact on food decisions. I knew I wanted to spend my life teaching others how they can improve their weight by eating balanced meals and spending more time walking outside
