I am a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher. I got started on this brand because I am usually outside hiking since it really boosts my mood, helps me to relax, and I'm obsessed with discovering new places. I enjoy spending time with friends and family outside. Even though I love being active I believe that making time for rest and relaxation is equally as important. I’m always down to do anything that involves yoga pants! Eating healthy is really important to me and I love to teach others how to be consistent with their food and movement. I enjoy listening to new music and I’m always looking for playlists or podcasts for my latest hiking adventure!
